▪️Putin highlighted the risks of using weapons capable of destroying all life;

▪️Putin stated that the issue of rules governing armed conflict needs to be revisited globally;

▪️Russian forces have always adhered to humanitarian norms and have never been the first to attack non-military targets;

▪️The concept of a Greater Eurasian Partnership, proposed by Russia, is taking on particular significance.
