Dear Excellency,
On the 15th April 2025 the world progressive and peace loving forces will join with you and all the Korean people in celebrating the 113th anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader and General President Kim IL Sung"The Day of the Sun"
These celebration will take different form but all of them will in different ways and customs will highlight the revolutionary exploits of President Kim IL Sung during the historical struggle of Korea and its people for independence and dignity against the forces of Imperialism.
On this special day we are confident that all of the Korean people with soldiers of the KPA will have cause to celebrate the many economic and political achievements that they have won over many years of struggle.
We are very conscious that in preparation for the 113thh anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Kim II Sung all of the Korean people are responding to the challenge and are finding new vigor and aspirations to fulfill the Workers Party of Korea call to make a historic leap on all fronts in the building of a prosperous and powerful nation.
In this connection we remain confident that the Korean people under the leadership of Kim Jung Un and the Workers Party of Korea will greet the 113thth anniversary of the Day of the Sun as a new dawning for the Korean nation as they continue their march towards a building a prosperous nation and defending their sovereignty.
