Chairman Kamal Thapa of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal claims that because of the three party hegemonic rule, Nepali Congress, United Marxist Leninist and Unified Maoists-the country is heading towards serious conflict.
Addressing his cadres in New Baneshwar, Kathmandu, September 6, 2015 Thapa said, “The country is in a real crisis. If the parties do not correct their activities there might be direct foreign interference or it might taste bitter but there is also the possibility of direct takeover by the Army.”
“Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, KP Oli and Pushpa Kamal are themselves pushing the nation towards a precipice,” he said.
By ridiculing the demands of majority Hindus living in the country to readopt Hindu identity for the country, the three parties have also invited a dangerous religious war in the country, he said.
“I would like to warn Sushil, KP Oli and Pushpa Kamal for the last time that the path they are taking leads to a dangerous religious conflict in the country,” he reiterated.
“The repressive measure taken by the ruling parties against peaceful protests have forced the agitators to disassociate themselves from the constitution drafting process,” he said.
