It’s confirmed. No constitution on January 22, 2015.The presumably lethargic Subash Chandra Nembang talking, the honorable CA Speaker with due respect and honor, to media persons, Tuesday declared that there is no possibility of completing constitution drafting task by January 22 deadline.

It’s for all of you to see that the party leaders have been distanced further rather than uniting to resolve their disputes over the new constitution, said the Chairman of Constituent Assembly.

“We will shortly begin the process of promulgating constitution through chartered process,” he said. “The party leaders have failed repeatedly to forge consensus. The constitution drafting task will now take on a normal course,” said Nembang and continued, “The political dialogue and consensus committee has failed to meet the deadline to submit the draft yet once again.”

“I had earlier proposed the parties to curtail the CA processes to complete the task by January 22. The parties were least interested,” complained Nembang.
