This article specifically focuses on the role of institutions such as USAID. Observing the activities carried out under the guise of "development" raises suspicions about underlying motives. Even some prominent Western figures and institutions have expressed concerns and criticized the activities of organizations like USAID. For instance, Elon Musk has accused USAID of attempting to influence vulnerable communities under the pretext of humanitarian aid. His claims have sparked serious questions about the true purpose of such interventions.
Controversy Surrounding USAID and Elon Musk’s Allegations
Elon Musk’s statements about USAID have gained significant global attention. The billionaire businessman, who played a key role during Donald Trump’s presidency, has openly declared that USAID, despite being presented as a development organization, is in fact a criminal entity. Musk's serious accusation is that it invests in the production of deadly biological weapons like COVID-19 under the guise of development, distributes condoms and other sex-related tools and medicines in developing countries to affect reproductive health, and engages in activities that spread aversion towards family.
When Musk attempted to investigate USAID’s activities, he alleged that the organization blocked access and even shut down its website. Reports suggested that financial reasons were behind the website’s closure, but when access to its office was also denied and all officials were sent home, Musk publicly exposed the incident.
This revelation has shed light on the hidden objectives behind the global network of Western-funded INGOs and NGOs operating under the banners of development, human rights, gender freedom, inclusivity, education, and healthcare. The world is beginning to understand the true nature of Western influence, exposing the hypocrisy behind their so-called democratic and developmental agendas.
In Nepal, similar foreign-backed organizations, in collaboration with political parties and government agencies, have announced decisions such as administering cancer vaccines to adolescent girls. There are growing concerns that such programs may have ulterior motives, such as sterilization or long-term financial exploitation through unnecessary medical treatments. Those who fail to recognize these hidden agendas may end up as victims. It is only when these brutal foreign-backed entities are dismantled that humanity will truly be able to live freely.

Following Musk’s statements, suspicions regarding USAID’s involvement in secretive activities under the banner of health and development have intensified. His claims have also fueled discussions about the possibility of foreign institutions deliberately creating global health crises.
