1.. Rationale 
In this context as mentioned above I am highly interested to highlight the profile and time-line of honorable chairman of society as the founder chair person of the society. Before starting the profile of honorable chair person we are very happy to know that the first meeting of this Parva reform society was held in Bhaktapur in 2062 B.S. in commemoration with the new year celebration of bisketjatra in Bhaktapur as mentioned by Mr. Malla. It was a remarkable event regarding Parva reform activities as the society mention the importance of astrological date of new year it was a landmark in the history of Bhaktapur to organized such an astrological events in Bhaktapur around 10 years back led by honorable chair person and cultural expertise Mr. Maheshwor Jujoo Rajopadhyaya. 
2. Respectable MaheshowrJujoo Rajopadhyaya
We are very happy to know that Mr. Maheshowr Jujoo Rajopadhyaya was born in Kathmandu, Thahity dabalighar in Nepal sambat 1060 maghshuklashasthi wednesday (BS 1996) we are also equally happy to know that his father Shree Kulchudhamani (Bishwombhar Raj Rajopadhyaya) was well known person of Nepal as the expert of astrology and rituals known as BramhaGayatri Guru (Teacher) and the name of his Mother was Mrs. Kula Laxmi Rajopadhyaya. He was the youngest son of his parents with 4 elders sister, 2 elders brother. Among brothers and sisters only two he himself and elder sister Mrs. ChandikaRajopadhyaya who stayed in Bhaktapur, are still active and working for the promotion of socio- cultural, rituals and traditional values. He was lucky enough to get socio-cultural and traditional education with his late elder brother Mr. Ananta Raj Rajopadhyaya, who was also called Aagam guru dev during his life time. 
3. Spiritual examplary life 
1. He was the founder member of Parva Reform implementation of National society for Festive time Reform in Nepal. 
2. He is also the founder chairperson of National society for Festive time Reform in Nepal with 21 Executive Members. This committee is working very hard for the reformation of date and rituals based on solar system. 
3. He was the chairperson of Sanatan Hindu National Campaign and vice president of Mahayagya management committee. He worked as a profounder of Nepali supreme religious leader Kalidas Baba. 
4. He was also the chairperson of construction committee of RadheyRadhey Headquarter premises at Thimi, Bhaktapur and very sincere followers of Jagat Guru, Late KripaluMaharaj. 
5. He was dedicated to conduct research on Kiratdynastry and early verdict period related to human civilization. 
6. He was also the member and founder vice president of the academic of verdict society. 
Social service 
7. He was founder administrator of Nepal Youth Graduate Society of Thahity. 
8. He was also vice chairperson of Nepal friendship study society development committee Thahity, Kathmandu. 
9. He was also the founder chairperson of International Friendship Community Youth Campaign known as Universal Love and Brotherhood association, Youth Wing 
Nepal, general Headquarters Kameoka, Japan. As a founder chairperson of this association he visited Japan several times. 
10. He was also the former secretary general and lifetime member of Chhetrapati free clinic, hospital. 
5. Teaching service 
1. He was also former teacher and management committee secretary of Shanti ShikhsyaMandir Secondary School Thahity, Kathmandu. 
2. He also worked as former teacher secretary of Balkumari lower secondary school, BhotahityGally. 
3. He also worked as a founder and administrative officer of Nepal youth college, Paknajol (Public Commerce College). 
4. He did a wonderful contribution to Nepal Yubak secondary school of Pakhnajol Kathmandu as a founder general secretary of management committee and vice principal. 
6. Publication

1. He did valuable contribution on SLC Board examination as a superintendent from Taplejung to Surkhet. 
2. He has visited Malaysia, China, India, Srilanka, Thailand, Japan and participated in different places in the interaction and seminar program universal love and brotherhood association.

Context:Profile of religious, cultural and traditional values and socio-cultural expertise of Nepal Distinguished Cultural Expertise of Nepal Mr. Maheshwor JujooRajopadhyaya. He is also belongs to Guru Poorohit community of Kathmandu valley. Importance and rational cultural values in Nepal 
He has been playing a  valuable Role of Parva reform society of Nepal for the promotion of religious cultural and traditional values in Nepal
