The program of National Seminar on the Juchche Idea was completed at the Nepal Tourism Board. 
Its original organizer was Nahendra Khadka, the vice-chairman of the Land Commission of the Government of Nepal and the chairman of an organization called Juchche Idea. Representatives of 10 organizations related to the Korean Embassy participated in the program and the chief guest was former Speaker and Maoist leader Krishna Bahadur Mahara. Nepal Korea Friendship Association President CP Mainali and officials. Ambassador Jo Yong Man, Councilor Kim Jong Hyok, 4 other officials of the embassy also participated. Posters, artworks, and films related to Korea’s leadership were also displayed. Communication Minister Rekha Sharma was supposed to come, but she didn’t. It was heard that the Maoist comrades who did not come said that it means that the government joined the program of North Korea, which was blocked by the United Nations. This was the biggest event in Nepal related to North Korea in the last 4 years. 
Nahendra Khadka gave a welcome speech from the chairman’s seat and invited people to the dash: Narendra Jung Peter, Subaskaji Shrestha, Manik Lama, Basant Shrestha, Shankar Bharti, Ashok Subedi Chetan Kuwar, Sudarshan Mongol, Phaninder Pant, Rashmi Shrestha, Purna Dolma, Uma Kapali, Rupa Maharjan. , Sunita Maharjan, Govind Maharjan, Neelkanth Tiwari, Nessa Maharjan of Nepal-China Friendship Association, Basudev Uhmagai, Shivahari Khadka, Prakash Khanal, Rajan Karki.
Khadka announced the formation of Nepal Institute of Juchche Idea from this program and said - Juchche idea is the principle of self-defense, self-reliance, freedom and independent existence. It is the policy of saying that you are the master of revolution and construction. It is a policy to say that you are the master of your own destiny. Juche is the first policy of the country, the people, and the army. He also mentioned that North Korea’s aggressive policy of chasing the US in response to the US attack without being freed from Japan is a policy of waging an anti-imperialist war.
Many representatives present at the dias gave their own expressions. Everyone praised Juche Studies, Korea’s policy and leadership.

उत्तरकोरियाबारे पहिलोपल्ट नेपालमा विशाल गोष्ठी
अप्रिल ५ । नेशनल सेमिनार अन दी जुच्छे आइडियाको कार्यक्रम नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्डमा सम्पन्न भयो । यसका मूल आयोजक अध्यक्ष थिए– नेपाल सरकारका भूमि आयोगका उपाध्यक्ष तथा जुच्छे आइडिया नामक संस्थाका अध्यक्ष नहेन्द्र खड्का । कोरिया दूतावाससँग सम्बन्धित १० संस्थाका प्रतिनिधिले सहभागीता जनाएको यो कार्यक्रमका मुख्य अतिथि थिए– पूर्वसभामुख तथा माओवादी नेता कृष्णबहादुर महरा । नेपाल कोरिया मैत्री संघका अध्यक्ष सीपी मैनाली र पदाधिकारीहरु । राजदूत जो योङ् मान, काउन्सिलर किम जोङ् ह्योक, दूतावासका अन्य ४ पदाधिकारी पनि सहभागी थिए । कोरियाको नेतृत्व जुच्छे विचार सम्बन्धि पोष्टर, कलाकृति, फिल्म पनि प्रदर्शनमा राखिएका थिए ।
सञ्चारमन्त्री रेखा शर्मा आउने कुरा थियो, आइनन् । राष्ट्रसंघले नाकावन्दी लगाएको उत्तर कोरियाको कार्यक्रममा सरकार सामेल भयो भन्ने अर्थ लाग्छ भनेर नआएको गाइँगुइँ माओवादी साथीहरुले नै गरेको सुनियो । बिगत ४ वर्षमा उत्तर कोरिया सम्बन्धि नेपालमा सबैभन्दा ठूलो कार्यक्रम थियो यो ।
सभापतिको आसनबाट नहेन्द्र खड्काले स्वागत मन्तव्य राख्दै ड्यासमा निम्त्याएका व्यक्तिहरु थिए– नरेन्द्र जंग पिटर, सुवासकाजी श्रेष्ठ, मानिक लामा, बसन्त श्रेष्ठ, शंकर भारती, अशोक सुवेदी चेतन कुवर, सुदर्शन मंगोल, फणिन्द्र पन्त, रश्मी श्रेष्ठ, पूर्ण डोल्मा, उमा कपाली, रुपा महर्जन, सुनिता महर्जन, गोविन्द महर्जन, निलकन्ठ तिवारी, नेपाल–चीन मैत्री संघकी नेश्सा महर्जन, बासुदेव ुहमागाई, शिवहरि खड्का, प्रकाश खनाल, राजन कार्की ।
खड्काले यही कार्यक्रमबाट नेपाल इन्टिच्यूट अफ जुच्छे आइडिया गठन भएको घोषणा गर्दै भने– जुच्छे विचार भनेको आत्मरक्षा, स्वावलम्बन, स्वतन्त्रता, स्वतन्त्र अस्तित्वको सिद्धान्त भएको बताए । क्रान्ति र निर्माणको मालिक आफै भन्ने नीति हो । आफ्नो भाग्यको मालिक आफै भन्ने नीति हो । जुच्छे भनेको देशको, जनताको, सेनाको प्रथम नीति हो । जापानबाट मुक्त नहुँदै अमेरिकी हमलासँग जुधेर अमेरिकालाई लखेटेको उत्तर कोरियाको जुच्छे नीति साम्राज्यवादी विरोधी युद्ध गर्ने नीति भएको पनि उल्लेख गरे ।
डायसमा उपस्थित धेरै प्रतिनिधिले आआफ्ना अभिव्यक्ति दिए । हरेकले जुच्छे स्टडिज, कोरियाको नीति र नेतृत्वको प्रशंसा गरेका थिए ।
