On October 16, the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party approved Xi Jinping for another 5-year third term.  This congress has given instructions that China has followed and will follow the foreign policy of “world peace and common development”.
 The views of intellectuals about the new journey of the old leadership of CPC are as follows:

 Former Prime Minister and Senior Communist Leader Jhalnath Khanal:
 Under the leadership of Xi Jinping, the Chinese Communist Party has advanced China’s social, economic, cultural, defense, commercial, technological and scientific development in the past ten years.  China has expanded its relations and cooperation in the world, it can be believed that it will transform China economically by 2035 and into a powerful modern socialist world by 2050.  China has moved towards the goal of establishing peace and equality in the whole world.  This congress in China will have a far-reaching impact on the world communist movement.  It will play a role in improving the relationship between Nepal and China.

Former Deputy Prime Minister and communist leader CP Mainali:
 China seeks a peaceful world and peaceful development.  He wants to build a common future.  BRI and Global City adopted by China are good policies.  After President Xi Jinping’s visit to Nepal 2 years ago, multilateral political cooperation is expanding.  Through this relationship, Nepal can contribute to economic development and the development of the Nepalese people.  Nepal is a partner of BRI since 2017.  Our relations in modern times have been friendly, respecting each other, not interfering and operating on the basis of Panchshil principles and principles.  Nepal’s one-China policy has guaranteed China’s security.  I think that such a relationship will increase mutual cooperation and provide support in the great work of building a common future for the human community.

 On behalf of myself and the Nepalese people, I would like to congratulate the Chinese.  President Xi Jinping’s personality and capabilities were being established, and the convention took it even further.  The determination and determination of the Chinese to promote China’s prosperity and world peace is admirable.
 The destructive imperialist powers of the world want to destroy the socialist region of the world, China has come forward to counter that.  Xi Jinping’s leadership is sure to bring peace and prosperity to China.  It will make China more successful, strong and prosperous.  The external forces that are causing trouble in China regarding the question of Tibet, the disturbance in the city of Xinjiang, and Taiwan will now be defeated.
 The leadership of Xi Jinping will bring the relationship between Nepal and China to a higher level.  Nepal will further strengthen the one China policy, Nepali land will not be used against China.  Nepali people have been considering China as a good friend.
 There were no problems between Nepal and China.

 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has elected the current President of China Xi Jinping for a third term.  With Xi becoming president again, there have been analyzes of Xi’s far-reaching influence on Chinese and world politics.  The work of integrating Taiwan into the motherland will be given priority.  China is equally likely to review its relations with its neighbors.
 The issue of what opportunities Xi’s third term as president will bring to Nepal is important.  It seems that China’s cooperation is necessary for Nepal’s stability and development.  Recently, due to the growing western influence in Nepal, China’s interest has increased.  China’s interests seem to be linked to security.
 Americans are trying to increase anti-Chinese activities in Nepal in the name of independent Tibetans.  In such a situation, Nepal may be included in China’s black list.  Therefore, if Nepal wants China’s cooperation, it seems necessary to separate itself from the Western thinking that wants to develop Nepal as a center of anti-China activities.  At the instigation of the West, Nepal has set an example of a deceitful and opportunistic neighbor by using the help and support it receives from China against China.
 In recent days, it seems that Nepal has started trusting the West more than China.  Therefore, it is clear that the new security strategy adopted by China will also affect Nepal.  In such a situation, Nepal will turn into a country of instability due to the influence of the West.  Which will affect China to some extent.  Therefore, China’s role now is for stability in Nepal.  China’s cooperation is also essential for development.  More than that, China can play a role in bringing Nepal out of the influence of the West in terms of security.
 The leaders of the political parties do not seem to stand in favor of China.  Anti-Chinese forces in Nepal are reaping the benefits of China’s investment in all areas.  In the days to come, China should identify its special friends in Nepal and establish them and provide direct support and assistance at the people’s level through them.  Only then can Nepal become developed, stable, peaceful and China-friendly.

अक्टोबर १६ मा चिनियाँ कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीको २०औँ राष्ट्रिय महाधिवेशनले सी चिनफिङलाई अर्को ५ वर्षे तेस्रो कार्यकालका लागि अनुमति दिएको छ । यो महाधिवेशनले ‘विश्व शान्ति र साझा विकास’को विदेश नीतिलाई चीनले पालना गरेको र गर्ने नीर्देशन दिएको छ ।
सीपीसीको पुरानो नेतृत्वको नयाँ यात्राबारे बुद्धिजीवीका धारणा– 

पूर्व प्रम तथा कम्युनिष्ट वरिष्ठ नेता झलनाथ खनालः
सी चिनफिङको नेतृत्वमा चिनियाँ कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीले विगत दश वर्षमा चीनको सामाजिक, आर्थिक, सांस्कृतिक, प्रतिरक्षात्मक, व्यापारिक, प्राविधिक, वैज्ञानिक जो विकासक्रम अगाडी बढाएको छ प्रशंसनीय छ । चीनले विश्वमा सम्बन्ध सम्पर्कहरू र सम्पूर्ण सहयोगहरूलाई विस्तार गरेको छ, त्यसले चीनलाई २०३५ सम्ममा आर्थिक रूपमा र २०५० सम्ममा संसारको एउटा शक्तिशाली आधुनिक समाजवादीको रूपमा रूपान्तरित गर्ने विश्वास गर्न सकिन्छ । चीनले सिंगो विश्वमा शान्ति स्थापना गर्ने र समानता स्थापना गर्ने उद्देश्य प्राप्त गर्ने लक्ष्यमा अघि बढेको छ । चीनको यो महाधिवेशनले विश्व कम्युनिष्ट आन्दोलनमा  दुरगामी असर पार्ने छ । नेपाल र चीनका बीचको सम्बन्ध अरू सवल हुने भूमिका खेल्नेछ ।

चीनले शान्तिपूर्ण विश्व र शान्तिपूर्ण विकास खोजेको छ । साझा भविष्यको निर्माण चाहेको छ । चीनले लिएको बिआरआई र ग्लोबल सिटि राम्रो नीति हो । २ बर्ष अगाडी राष्ट्रपति सी चिनफिंगको नेपाल भ्रमणपछि बहुआयमिक राजनीतिक सहयोग बिस्तार हुँदैछ । यो सम्बन्धबाट नेपालले आर्थिक निकास र नेपाली जनताको विकासमा योगदान दिनसक्छ । नेपाल २०१७ देखि बिआरआइको साझेदार हो । हाम्रो सम्बन्ध आधुनिक कालमा एकअर्काको सम्मान गर्ने, हस्तक्षेप नगर्ने र पंचशिलको मान्यता र सिद्धान्तका आधारमा संचालन हुने मैत्रीपूर्ण रहेको छ । नेपालको एक चीन नीतिले चीनको सुरक्षाको प्रत्याभूति दिएको छ । यस्तो सम्बन्धले आपासी सहयोग बढ्नेछ, मानव समुदायको साझा भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने महान काममा सहयोग प्रदान गर्छ भन्ने मलाइ लाग्छ ।
पूर्वमन्त्री तथा पुराना वामपन्थी नेता राधा कृष्ण मैनालीः
म र नेपाली जनताको तर्फबाट म चिनियाँहरूलाई बधाई दिन चाहान्छु । राष्ट्रपति सी चिनाफिंगको व्यक्तित्व र उहाँको क्षमता स्थापित हुदै आएको थियो र अधिवेशनले अझ त्यसलाई अगाडी लिएर गयो । चीनको समृद्धि र विश्व शान्तिलाई सम्वर्धन गर्ने विषयमा चिनियाँहरूको जुन अठोट र दृढता प्रशंसनीय छ । विश्वका विध्वंसकारी साम्राज्यवादी शक्तिहरू विश्वको समाजवादी क्षेत्रलाई तहसनहस पार्न चाहान्छन, त्यसको खिलापमा चीन सशक्त भएर अगाडी आयो । सी चिनाफिंगको नेतृत्वले शान्तिगामी र चीनलाई सुद्रिढ पार्ने निश्चित छ । चीनलाई अझ सफल, सबल र सुद्रिढ पार्नेछ । चीनमा तिब्बतकै सवालमा गडबडी, सिनाज्यान्गको सहरमा गडबडी, ताइवानकै बारेमा गडबडी गर्ने बाह्य शक्तिहरू अब परास्त हुनेछन् । 
सी चिनफिङको नेतृत्वले नेपाल–चीनबीचको सम्बन्धलाई अझ उचाइमा पु¥याउने छ । नेपालले एक चीन नीतिलाई अझ सुदृढ पार्नेछ, चीनको विरूद्ध नेपाली भूमि प्रयोग हुने दिनेछैन । नेपाली जनताले असल मित्रको रूपमा चीनलाई मान्दै आएका छन् ।
नेपाल र चीनबीच कुनै समस्या थिएनन्, छैनन्, हुनेछैन ।
नेपाल–चीन पारस्परिक सहयोग समाजका अध्यक्ष प्रेम सागर पौडेलः
चिनियाँ कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीको बीसौं राष्ट्रिय महाधिवेशनले चीनका वर्तमान राष्ट्रपति सी चिनफिङलाई तेस्रो कार्यकालका लागि चुनेको छ । सी पुनः राष्ट्रपति बनेसँगै सीले चिनियाँ तथा विश्व राजनीतिमा दूरगामी प्रभाव पार्ने विश्लेषणहरू हुन थालेका छन् । ताईवान मातृभूमिमा समाहित गर्ने कामले प्राथमिकता पाउनेछ । चीनले आफ्ना छिमेकीसँगको सम्बन्धलाई पुनरावलोकन गर्ने सम्भावना पनि उत्तिकै देखिन्छ ।
राष्ट्रपतिका रूपमा सीको तेस्रो कार्यकालले नेपालको लागि के अवसर होला भन्ने विषय महत्वको छ । नेपालको स्थिरता र विकासमा चीनको सहयोग आवश्यक देखिन्छ । पछिल्लो समय नेपालमा बढ्दो पश्चिमा प्रभावका कारण चीनको चासो बढेको  छ। चीनको चासो सुरक्षासँग जोडिएको देखिन्छ ।
अमेरिकनहरूले स्वतन्त्र तिब्बतीयनहरूको नाममा नेपालमा चीन विरोधि गतिविधि बढाउने प्रयासमा लागेका छन् । यस्तो अवस्थामा चीनको कालो सूचीमा नेपाल पर्न सक्छ । त्यसैले नेपालले चीनको सहयोग चाहने हो भने चीन विरोधि गतिविधिको केन्द्रका रूपमा नेपाललाई विकास गर्न चाहने पश्चिमा सोचबाट अलग हुनु आवश्यक देखिन्छ । पश्चिमाको उक्साहटमा नेपालले चीनबाट पाइरहेको सहयोग र समर्थनलाई चीनका विरूद्ध प्रयोग गरेर धोकेबाज र अवसरवादी छिमेकीको उदाहरण दिएको छ ।
पछिल्ला दिनमा नेपालले चीन भन्दा बढि पश्चिमालाई विश्वास गर्न थालेको देखिन्छ । त्यसैले चीनले अपनाउने नयाँ सुरक्षा रणनीतिले नेपाललाई समेत प्रभावित पार्ने प्रष्ट छ । यस्तो अवस्थामा नेपाल पश्चिमाहरूको लहडका कारण अस्थिरता मुलुकमा रूपान्तरण हुनेछ । जसको असर चीनलाई समेत केहि न केहि मात्रामा पर्नेछ । त्यसैले अहिले चीनको भूमिका भनेको नेपालमा स्थिरताको लागि हो । विकासको लागि पनि चीनको सहयोग अनिवार्य छ । त्यो भन्दा बढि नेपाललाई सुरक्षाका हिसाबले पनि पश्चिमाको प्रभावबाट बाहिर ल्याउन चीनले भूमिका खेल्न सक्छ ।
राजनीतिक दलका नेताहरू खासै चीनको पक्षमा उभिएको देखिदैन । चीनको सबै क्षेत्रमा भएको लगानीको फाइदा नेपालमा चीन विरोधी शक्तिले उठाइरहेको छ । अबका दिनमा चीनले नेपालमा आफ्ना खास खास मित्रहरू पहिचान गरेर उनीहरूलाई स्थापित गराउने र उनीहरू मार्फत जनस्तरमा सोझै सहयोग र समर्थन उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्छ । अनिमात्र नेपाल विकसित स्थिर शान्त र चीनमैत्री बन्नसक्छ ।
