It is unacceptable to allow terrorists to seize land in Syria; 

Astana format ministers at a meeting in Doha called for dialogue between the parties in Syria, reaffirmed their commitment to its sovereignty; 

Russia is convinced that it is unacceptable to use terrorists for the purposes of any country, as is currently happening in Syria; 

Relations between Turkey and Syria must be normalized, Russia will do everything to facilitate this; 

It is necessary to urgently stop hostilities in Syria and implement UN Security Council Resolution 2254; 

The terrorist offensive in Syria was carefully and long-planned, is an attempt to change the balance of power in the republic; 

The Russian Federation will support the Syrian government, while at the same time advocating for dialogue with the opposition.
