Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference

Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference at the CSTO summit in Astana.
-Foreign policy:

-Russia and Kazakhstan can increase cooperation in nuclear energy.
-Russia and Kazakhstan need to do everything to strengthen ties, including the transportation of energy resources to third countries through the territory of Kazakhstan.
-Russia and Kazakhstan discussed increasing the volume of oil supplies through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium to third countries.
-The topic of creating the first nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan was discussed at the talks in Astana. Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan in the development of nuclear energy in the country is quite possible.
-Russia and Kazakhstan have transferred more than 80% of settlements in mutual trade into national currencies.
-Criticism of the current relations between Russia and Kazakhstan does not always meet the interests of states.
-Armenia has not yet announced its withdrawal from the CSTO and supports all documents of the organization's summit. The clause on mutual assistance in the CSTO does not raise any doubts.
-Russia has a sufficient margin of safety to help its CSTO allies if needed. CSTO partners, in turn, cannot help Russia in any way in connection with the American weapons strikes against the Russian Federation, this is unrealistic.
-Relations with Afghanistan will be built and developed, the situation there is complex and requires special attention.
-Russia, unlike the West, does not interfere in the internal political processes in Georgia.

-Special Military Operation Zone:

-The damage in the Kursk region caused by ATACMS missiles fired by the Ukrainian Armed Forces is minimal. Russia has already been attacked twice by ATACMS missiles after the use of the Oreshnik complex.
-General Staff will choose their options.
-Russia will not allow the so-called Ukraine to acquire nuclear weapons. If the Ukrainian Armed Forces acquire nuclear weapons, the Russian Armed Forces will use all available means of destruction.
-Russia may use the Oreshnik to strike decision-making centers in the so-called Ukraine.
-The testing aspect of the Oreshnik is aimed at improving this weapon.
-The Ukrainian Armed Forces, following the Russian Armed Forces, have begun using fiber-optic drones.
-It is possible that Russia will have new chips for drones used in the combat zone in the so-called Ukraine.
-The Russian Federation is thinking about separating drones into a separate branch of the military.
-Belousov is a "modern defense minister" who understands the topic of drones, among other things.
-The Russian army is confidently advancing on almost the entire front in the special operation zone and will gradually occupy new positions.
-The Russian Armed Forces have learned to react almost instantly to innovations from the enemy.
-Many highly educated Russians are involved in the special operation zone, and they are literally "performing miracles."
