kathmandu / 24 May, 2023, The 11 th. Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony was organized by the Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal.

Mr. Ganesh Prasad Timilsina-the Chairman, National Assembly of Nepal gave away “Ambassador of Pakistan Scholarships” to 198 Nepali students. The scholarships are awarded to deserving/ bright students of government schools selected by the respective Principals from across Nepal. This year 198 students from 43 schools were awarded including one laptop to the Best Student.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Timilsina lauded Pakistan for its continued support in advancing people-to-people contacts between the two countries especially in the field of education.

HEAmbassador Abrar H Hashmi expressed his resolve and desire to further expand the scholarship programme and strengthening Pakistan-Nepal bilateral relations. He said Nepalese youth’s encouragement in studies, sports and healthy social activities is our mainstay of the cooperation.
