The death of a person and arrest of two- all three Indian nationals who were pelting stones towards the Nepali security forces in Birgunj has thus brought to open India’s direct support to Nepal’s Madhesi agitators who are blocking border trade points for almost three months thus supporting India’s economic blockade on their own country.
Modi regime exposed.
The Nepali police after firing several shells of tear gas resorted to firing bullet as the protestors had gone berserk, thus killing an Indian national.
The death was unfortunate but India’s clandestine support to the Madhesi protest in Nepal has come to the open.
Mani Shankar Aiyer’s “sectoral love” got proved. ( Naya Patrika October 4, 3015).
The incident took place just a day after a sitting minister alleged that India has plans to send its trained security personnel in support of the agitation led by Madhesi parties in the Tarai region of Nepal.
Minister without a portfolio Satya Narayan Mandal addressing a press meet in Biratnagar, November 2, 2015 said, “India cannot send its fully armed security personnel in Nepal (in support of agitating Madhesi parties). India is preparing to send highly trained security personnel not in uniform to Nepal. The security personnel that are not in uniform are much more dangerous than those in uniform.”
“India wants to make Nepal its colony,” he said and continued, “We are not their slaves.”
Mandal is from the party headed by Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli, United Marxist Leninist.
