Yoon Suk Yeol’s trip is the most hostile, aggressive and provocative trip and a dangerous one for a nuclear war.
The U.S. and the south Korean authorities regarded the proposal for raising the practicality of the “extended deterrence” of the U.S. as the main topic for discussion of the so-called “summit talks” and plotted the issue of strengthening conspiracy against the DPRK, and then, they fabricated and announced the “Washington Declaration” and a “joint statement”.
The “Washington Declaration” on raising the practicality of the “extended deterrence” provided by the U.S. is a typical product of the heinous hostile policy towards the DPRK.
A scrutiny into the two main contents being the essential part of the “Washington Declaration” clearly reveals the cunning scheme of the U.S.
By looking at the contents of establishing a “Nuclear Consultative Group” in order to allow the south Korea to take an active part in consultations on “nuclear weapons employment” and of expanding the deployment of US. Strategic assets to the Korean Peninsula including a strategic nuclear submarine and strengthening the “extended deterrence” by increasing the joint military exercises and simulation training, anyone can know well that they are making a nuclear war against the DPRK a fact accompli.
So far, the U.S. has staged large-scale joint military exercises and all sorts of war drills against the DPRK together with its vassal forces by introducing diverse strategic assets and colossal numbers of aggressive forces into the Korean Peninsula and its vicinities.
Being such a country, the U.S. has recently stipulated that it deploys a strategic nuclear bombers, nuclear carrier task forces an even strategic nuclear submarines near the territorial waters of the DPRK, and makes it public, talking about further enhancing “regular visibility”, which mean regular and sustained deployment and active disclosure of nuclear strategic assets. This is a situation that can never be overlooked.
What is more serious is that Biden, the president of the U.S. dared to make frantic and reckless remarks about “the end of regime” towards the DPRK while becoming vociferous about a “swift, overwhelming and decisive response” at the press conference after the talks.
The above-said remarks under the very eyes of the world to destroy a sovereign state are the savage ones that can be made only by the U.S., a hooligan state of a rare kind and an empire of evil.
Kim Yo Jong, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea made public of the stand for this through the Korean Central News Agency.
She mentioned that the "Washington Declaration" fabricated by the U.S. and south Korean authorities is a typical product of their extreme anti-DPRK hostile policy reflecting the most hostile and aggressive will of action. As such, it will only result in making peace and security of Northeast Asia and the world be exposed to more serious danger, and it is an act that can thus never be welcomed.
She continued that another thing that we cannot let pass nor overlook is the fact that the chief executive of the enemy state officially and personally used the word "the end of regime" under the eyes of the world.
She said that this time we reconfirmed the hostility of the rulers and military warmongers of Washington and Seoul towards our country, which cannot be interpreted otherwise and has become too obvious. And that this opportunity gave us a clear answer as to what we should do in the future and for what we should be fully prepared. And she continued that the more the enemies are dead set on staging nuclear war exercises, and the more nuclear assets they deploy in the vicinity of the Korean peninsula, the stronger the exercise of our right to self-defence will become in direct proportion to them.

The “Washington Declaration” and the reckless remarks of the U.S. president arouse the astonishment and great indignation of the world peace-loving people and peace organizations. The various activities against this are increasingly organized.
