In the past month, we have received serious attentions from the news that the South korea has spread the Corona epidemic through balloons in Democratic People´s of Republic (DPRK), and many people have affected and some have died.This type of action is against humanity when one should help the other in this time. When the Corona epidemic ,which is seen as the deadly enemy of the entire human race , should be fought and defeated by all making the action of one nation spreading the epidemic to another nation is an blameable act and we strongly condemnatory. It is necessary to resolve some mutual problems through dialogue and discussion, and to achieve unity and and harmony.
