While referring to Pakistan’s recent dossier and reports by human rights and humanitarian organizations regarding Indian state-terrorism, he highlighted India’s reprehensible treatment of Kashmiri journalists and human rights defenders. Mr. Qureshi called upon the international community to demand an end to India’s gross and widespread human rights violations in IIOJK; reversal of its unilateral and illegal actions of 5 August 2019; repeal of draconian laws; unfettered access to UN-supervised investigations into cases of extrajudicial executions and implementation of relevant UN Security Council resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir.

He called on the international community to play their role in pressurizing the occupying forces in IIOJK to give access to much needed relief assistance and independent human rights investigators. The event concluded with a Q&A session. Kathmandu. 4th February, 2022

Kathmandu. In the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal Syed Haider Shah, a webinar program was held on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day. A message from the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan was read out on the occasion. It was attended by CP Mainali, NK Pandey, Pushparaj Pradhan, Mohanbir Thapa, Manjuratna Shakya, Om Amatya and Rajan Karki.
In this program, editor Rajan Karki said-
Kashmir solidarity day-- We are with the just Kashmiris
2 Nov. 1947, Jawaharlal Nehru had said about Kashmir-
‘We have declare that the fate of Kashmir is ultimately to be decided by the people...We will not and cannot back out of it.’   -
6 July, 1951 and 7 August, 1952 again and again Nehru had said- ‘Kashmir is not a commodity for sale or to be bartered. It has an individual existence and its people must be the final arbiters of their future.’
‘I started with the assumption that it is for the people of Kashmir to decide their own future. We will not compel them. In that sense, the people of Kashmir are Sovereign.’

Nehru’s Address to constituent assembly of India On 25 Nov. 1947 and send Government of India’s Letter to Security Council-
“.the Government of India made it clear that its people would be free to decide their future by the recognised democratic method of plebiscite or referendum which, in order to ensure complete impartiality, might be held under international auspices.”
But
Verbal India continues to oppress Kashmir. Human rights are being violated. Millions of Kashmiris were being killed by giving bullets, pellet guns and torture to children, old and young. There were countless rapes and lootings.

On November 2, 2019, Against the UN resolution and the voice of the world,  India issued a new political map covering not only Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, but also the Kalapani and Lipulek areas of Nepal.
This shows that India does not want peace in South Asia, it does not respect the sovereignty of others. This is extremism, this is bedridden.
India must respect the UN, listen to the voice of the world. voice of the Nepal.
The just people of the world are with Kashmiris. They want the Kashmir issue to be resolved according to the UN resolution.
The only questions are- when and after how much more bloodshed and suffering does a peaceful solution come out?

The only way to a solution to the Kashmir problem-
India must reach a solution as per the resolution passed in the UN.
