At the United Nations, Pakistan has again made it clear again that the Jammu and Kashmir is not a part of India and New Delhi's status in the territory is only that of a military occupier.
This stance was taken by Pakistani delegate at the UN, Saad Warraich while exercising his right of reply to the Indian envoy's reaction on Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the world body Munir Akram's statement, during a debate on the annual report of the Security Council at the General Assembly.
Saad Warraich said like all oppressors, India continues to believe that it can subdue the legitimate Kashmiri resistance through brute force but it will fail to suppress the Kashmiri people.
He said the Kashmiris' struggle seeks to realize the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions on exercising their inalienable right to self-determination.
