India has once again advised Nepali political parties to chart new constitution in consensus than through numbers while abiding by the past agreements.

India’s self syled foreign minister Ms. Sushma Swaraj reiterated her country’s stand at a meeting with Baburam Bhattarai- the Indian indoctrinated Nepal’s Maoist leader.

The mandarins seated in South Block have become jobless with India’s Chai wala Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi occupying 7, Race Course Road, New Delhi based critics have it.

The 7, Race Course Road (7, RCR) is where Prime Minister of India resides and is also the Prime Minister’s official secretariat. With Prime Minister Modi in direct control over country’s foreign relation matters, Sushma Swaraj has become a namesake Minister for External Affairs, add critics.

Nevertheless, poor Sushma in her meeting with Baburam claimed that her country always wishes for peace, prosperity and stability in the region.

“Our wishes are to see Nepal’s peace process coming to its logical end with agreement and consensus between the political parties,” she said.

Later Baburam talking to scribes revealing details of his meeting with Sushma said, “I conveyed her the state of Nepali politics today and the obstructed state of peace process.”

He added talking to a local representative of Kantipur Daily “However, I assured her that the political parties in Nepal are still in favour of resolving their disputes through talks and dialogue will resume soon to bring an end to their differences.”

Baburam on Tuesday also met with India’s President Pranab Mukherjee and the newly elected Chief Minister of New Delhi Arvinda Kejariwal.

On Monday while addressing a program in New Delhi Baburam had sought for India’s direct intervention in Nepali politics.

Dr. Bhattarai has once again submitted the fate of Nepal at the mercy of the former British colony.

And northern neighbour China as usual is a mute spectator.
